GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read carefully the general information
below. They limit our liability and that of the associate companies providing services purchased. They
outline the terms and conditions under which
PEGA DMC GmbH will operate. Acceptance of booking confirmation of any item of this program
represents acceptance of the terms and conditions as follows:
Reservations
have to be made in writing and are subject to availability. After a reservation has been made PEGA DMC GmbH will provide a confirmation that will
as well be sent in writing. lf the requested service is
not available, PEGA DMC GmbH will undertake all efforts to provide a suitable alternative.The client has between 7-21 days to meet the deposit requirements. Failure to meet the deposit requirements can result in release of the reservation space. Reconfirming of space released is subject to new check of availability.
Travel documents:
It is the responsibility of each individual traveller to obtain any valid travel documents and/or entry requirements necessary for each country of travel. Please check with the respective authorities for the specific requirements (visas, transit documents, etc.). Unless otherwise stated, vouchers will be issued by the Tour Operator with the remark: “booked and paid by PEGA DMC”
We recomend travel insurance covering all travel risks.
Deposit and Payments:
Guided Tours Independent Tours, Railtours, City Breaks:
25% deposit of the tour price is required within 21 days of confirmation. Final payment is due not later than four weeks prior to departure. For bookings made within four weeks before departure, full payment is due immediately.
Credit Card Payment:
IIf the payment is done by credit card we add a service charge of 3,5%.
Revisions:
Revisions of bookings are subject to a fee of € 25.- per booking (except for simple additions).
Cancellation Policy for Individuals:
Cancellation have to be made in writing and are
only valid with a written cancellation confirmation of PEGA DMC GmbH.
Cancellation fees are valid as follows:
up to 45 days prior to arrival: refund in full, less € 30.- administrative fee per person;
44 to 15 days prior to departure: 25%;
14 to 3 days prior to departure: 50%;
later than 3 days: 100% of the land tour price.
No refunds for no-shows and no refunds for unused portions during the course of the tour.
Cancellation Policy for Groups:
Booking guarantee payment € 500,- when booking is confirmed Terms: 50% of pro-forma invoice 2 months prior to arrival Rest of expected total amount 2 weeks prior to arrival according to proforma invoice
PEGA DMC GmbH reserves the right to cancel all reservations if the requested payments are not received as mentioned above.
For specific bookings, such as concert tickets, fairs, incentives and conventions, conditions might be different. In these cases the conditions will be
specified in the confirmation.
Expenses:
IIn case that PEGA DMC GmbH covers cash pay-outs and other additional costs apart from the program booked, a handling fee of 10% will be
charged.

Cancellation & Changes:
If land arrangements are cancelled prior to the starting date of service the following charges will be applied unless otherwise stated:
up to 6 weeks prior to arrival - 500 € for handling charges
from 6 to 4 week prior to arrival - 50 % of expected total amount
from 4 to 2 week prior to arrival - 80 % of expected total amount
from 2 week prior to arrival - 100 % of expected total amount
After receipt of rooming list, EUR 10,- will be charged for each change made by the clients for this time onwards.
Child Reduction:
Guided Caoch Tours; Independent Tours:
Until the age of 11 inclusive: 30% discount on p.p.dbl-room rate, when sharing room with two adults in extra bed.
FIT and Group Hotel only bookings:
Until the age of 11 inclusive: free, when sharing room with two adults in extra bed if not stated otherwise in offer.
Liability:
IIn all travel arrangements PEGA DMC GmbH acts as agent only for owners or contractors providing means of transportation or other tourist services. PEGA DMC GmbH therefore does not assume liability in case of accidents, loss, delays or interference with the tour by force majeur or other events not engaging our responsibility especially with regards to programmes and schedules, PEGA DMC GmbH reserves the right to change arrangements any time if unforeseen circumstances arise.
Termination for reasons of force majeure:
IIn case of relevant impediments, endangerings or impairments caused by unforeseeable circumstances as war impacts, political or social unrest,
administrative or judical orders (e.g. prohibition of crossing borders) natural disasters, destroying of accommodations or similar occurrences both
parties are entitled to terminate the contract in compliance with these contractual terms. After passengers termination the operator can demand
reimbursement for services, that have already been performed according to § 471 of the German BGB.
Disruption by passengers:
The operator is entitled to terminate the contract without notice if a passenger disrupts the travel despite warnings of the bus crew in such a way
that the other passengers can't be expected to continue the travel or if a passenger refuses to follow objective advises resp. orders of the bus crew.
In this case, the operator has the right to demand the whole fare unless the disturbing passenger's seat can be allocated to another person so that
an economic disadvantage does not occur.
Complaints:
In case of a complaint, PEGA DMC GmbH has to be informed immediately in order to remedy the situation in as much as possible. Complaints received after departure will only be accepted as per German law within 4 weeks after departure date and reviewed in very special cases only.
Saving Clause:
Invalidity of individual terms does not affect the validity of the remaining parts of the contract.
Court of Jurisdiction is Frankfurt am Main/Germany.
